DEBBIE VEIT | Founding Board Member
Debbie is a home educator and enthusiastic volunteer. Debbie divides her time between raising and educating her kids, volunteering as an after-school tutor for elementary-age children, and serving on two non-profit organization boards. She also serves as a mentor for a Thunderbird Challenge Program cadet. She currently serves on the boards of Tulsa Pop Kids, Inc. and On the Rock Ministries.
RONALD VEIT | President & Founding Board Member
Ronald is a Regional Sales Manager for a multinational distribution company. Ron brings his sales and operations skillset to bear in his volunteer roles. He also serves as a mentor for a Thunderbird Challenge Program cadet. Ron currently serves on the boards of Tulsa Pop Kids, Inc. and On the Rock Ministries.
ARTHUR GREENO | Secretary
Arthur is the owner/operator of two Chick-fil-A restaurants in Tulsa, Oklahoma, an Amazon best selling author, a mentor and a coach. Arthur and his wife Noell, are raising six children and living a remarkable life.
Arthur has been involved with Chick-fil-A for a total of 30 years. He has accomplished 2 Guinness World Records, and an Amazon Best Selling author for his latest book, Breaking Conformity. Arthur is asked to speak all over the nation due to his success with leadership, inspiration and drive. He also serves as the Chair of the Tulsa Christmas Parade and he is on the board for the Little Light House.
NOELL GREENO | Founding Board Member
Noell Greeno is the founder of 501c3 The Journey Training. She serves on the board for the Little Light House. She keeps busy with her 6 kids and of course Arthur her biggest kid.
Pat is one of the founders of the Tulsa Pop Kids, Inc. and serves on the board of directors and as the treasurer. He has been an owner and officer of Tulsa Heaters, Inc. (THI) for 10 years and is a partner in several other companies. Before joining THI, he worked at the SABRE/American Airlines data centers as a network engineer.
Debbie is one of the founders of Tulsa Pop Kids, Inc. and serves on the board of directors. She is the managing partner in Scissortail Development, LLC which builds homes in the Skiatook area. She and her husband, Pat, of 33 years have three children and one grandchild.
Samantha Ryan is a native Tulsan and small business owner. She volunteers with Tulsa Pop Kids and loves getting to meet the individuals who are inspired by pop culture and finding out what their passions are within the community. Samantha serves as part of our Social Media team and is our Chief Photographer.
For TC Ryan, reading and comics changed his life as a kid. He joined this group to be able to put forth a positive influence for kids in the Tulsa community while encouraging reading at every level. TC volunteers for Tulsa Pop Kids as part of our Social Media team and as our Event Emcee.
Emilee Waite is a wife, mother, and Mimi (sometimes Wonder Woman). She wanted to be involved with Tulsa Pop Kids because she saw the marriage of two of her loves – pop culture and giving back to the community. She says she may be 44 years old, but everything about Tulsa Pop Kids brings out the kid in her. Emilee serves as Volunteer Coordinator for the best volunteers in the universe!
Tori James is a native Tulsan, full time office worker, and part time student. She volunteers with Tulsa Pop Kids both in and out of cosplay. Reading and education is close to her heart, so finding new ways to educate and generate interest in young kids towards reading has been both inspiring and humbling. Tori serves as a Cosplayer and Panel Coordinator as well as helping with the kid’s areas of Tulsa Pop Kids events.
Brittany Wardlow got involved in the pop culture scene through cosplay and enjoys seeing the inclusion and sense of community that our shared love of pop culture brings. Brittany serves as our Cosplay Coordinator and Kids Area Coordinator. She is also responsible for the monthly cosplay visits to The Children’s Hospital at Saint Francis.
Daniel Blankenship’s background in film, television, and live staged events helps give Tula Pop Kids events that little bit of magic kids need in order to ignite their imaginations. He started volunteering with Tulsa Pop Kids because of his own experience with a reading program when he was six years old. His imagination was ignited when he met Darth Vader at a book giveaway. He has never forgotten that moment and wants to be a part of an organization who can help foster a love of reading the way Vader helped him. Daniel Blankenship is our event Production Coordinator and Resident Hype Man.
Lesa Banks describes herself as a ‘Boymom,’ avid reader, and karaoke queen. She resides in multiple pop culture fandoms. Lesa serves as our Registration Coordinator at ticketed Tulsa Pop Kids events.
Pamela Seawright, M.S. with post graduate work in the area of neurology, is an author of two novels with stories centered around traumatic brain injuries. She partnered with Best Selling Author and Emmy Winner, Jim Stovall, for her first novel, which is now in production for a major feature film. In her spare time, she gives back to the community by being a member of Tulsa Pop Kids Advisory Board. This excites her because it combines two of her passions: literacy and helping those in need. She says, “Children are our future. Reading breeds knowledge, imagination, and passion which leads to conquering this ever changing world.” Pamela is happy to be a part of an organization that feeds this need and serves as out Talent Liaison.
